Our small business was started by a DIY couple that decided to make the products they wanted for themselves available to others. We wanted to create food that was preserved to be nutritious and easily stored for long periods of time, and still taste amazing. We have been perfecting our products to be the best we could find and are constantly experimenting to see what else made into delicious meals and interesting snacks.
Preserving Nutrients
Freeze drying maintains nearly all of the nutritional value of fresh food. Other methods of preservation, such as canning and dehydrating, use high temperatures that destroy much of the food value.
